Zango Messenger is a spyware-containing version of the EasyMessage instant messaging application. It can connect to the AIM, Yahoo! Messenger, MSN Messenger and ICQ networks.

Zango Messenger's real purpose is to install the Zango Search Assistant, a program which shows users advertisements based on their internet usage.

The spyware-removing software Spybot detects spyware from 180 Solutions, the publisher of Zango, even after the uninstallation of this product.
